We hired Hayley to help our special needs son with homework in the evenings. She came 3 nights/week for 1-2 hours and it was such a massive help for us. She got along well with him and had a good mixture of sweetness and seriousness, which my son did well with. She even babysat for us with our infant once in an emergency AND dog sat for us another time. We loved her so much that we referred her to a couple of other families who also hired her. They loved her as well. Our only regret is that we can no longer hire her since she has moved back home. :( If you're lucky enough to be in her area, she is mature, reliable, and great with children. With absolutely zero hesitation, I fully recommend her for pretty much any job you may need her for.
