About Hannah

Hi there! I am an experienced elementary school teacher who misses the classroom incredibly! My husband is a medical student, and we moved to NJ for his school. Currently, I work from home as an intake coordinator at a therapy practice, and I'm looking to continue making a difference in the lives of children in my extra time. I have a Master's in Education with a focus on trauma-informed care. I love supporting children in their academics and, even more so, in their social-emotional learning. School (and the world!) can be a scary place sometimes, and I am passionate about building relationships with children and helping them feel empowered and confident in themselves. I am calm, engaging, and fun! I love to be active and use hands-on learning whenever possible. In undergrad, I took one year of early childhood development courses. I have experiences with all ages and would be happy to provide references and letters of recommendation.
