About Haley

Hi there :) My name is Haley. I am always hoping to get out there and help anyone in need. The past 3 years I have professional experience in caring for a 103-year-old elderly women. I absolutely love helping, I love talking and learning about their history, and just overall the company of them and helping them in anything they need. Whether its meal prep, housekeeping, errands, shopping, driving to appointments, etc. The list goes on. Whatever they need or want, I do! I'm very patient and kind. I treat anyone the way id treat my grandparents and would hope how others would. I also am a trained yoga teacher, 200RYT. I've been trained in PTSD, anatomy, and the elderly. I have taught many yoga classes to this group. My point is one extra good thing I can provide is helping those who are weak or just need a little motivation to move a little, get blood flowing, small simple easy arm/leg all body movements I love to help and its always great for them and they love it.
