Hi! I'm Haley aka Ezy, a kind and creative caregiver dedicated to helping your little ones thrive! With over 4 years of hands-on experience in childcare and babysitting, I've enjoyed working with children of all ages and personalities. I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with special needs, a role I'm truly passionate about. Every child is unique, and I strive to create safe, inclusive, and joyful spaces for them to express themselves. My babysitting approach emphasizes connection, creativity, and care. I focus on natural play, arts and crafts, storytime, music, and outdoor activities. I believe in minimizing screen time to encourage kids to explore, imagine, and move. Kindness and fun are central to my work. Whether we're building a blanket fort, finger-painting, or reading a favorite book, I aim to make every moment meaningful. My goal is to help raise healthy, happy kids who feel seen and supported.
