About Hailie

I am a very kind, compassionate, and patient person. I love being a role model for kids. It's very rewarding to leave kids with memories and skills they will have for a lifetime. I've been working with kids for 7 years now. Being the oldest of 3, it comes naturally. I babysat for a foster family. With kids coming and going frequently, I got to experience many different personalities and learn how to work effectively with each of them. 3 things I try to prioritize most are communication, teamwork, and problem solving. Communication is the most important in any relationship. My main priority is for kids to always feel understood and comfortable. Teamwork is also very important. Through teamwork and just a little help, kids can learn that everything is achievable. The 3rd most important skill is problem-solving. It's all about starting small!
