About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, I'm 20 and a rising junior at East Carolina University, majoring in Elementary Education. I'm from Lancaster, PA and will be home for the summer, all holidays/breaks, and occasional long weekends. I have 5+ years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teens, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I've worked at a childcare service where I gained hands-on experience supporting kids' growth, development, and daily routines, and I've taken several courses in child development and safety. This summer, I'm also working as a server at Olive Garden, so I'm currently available for occasional babysitting jobs. That said, I'm happy to adjust my work schedule to better fit a family's needs if we're a good match! I'm passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for kids and love building meaningful connections with families.
