About Hailey

Hi, my name is Hailey! I have 6 years of experience babysitting and I have dedicated much of my time working with children with moderate to high needs, whether at summer camps or my teaching position. I would love to make some extra money while still doing something I love and creating memorable bonds. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking/Meal Preparation as well! I am new to Care. com, so I am flexible with my schedule and pay. Through my work experience, I have learned about medication, behavioral health, trauma informed care, and I have gained skills, such as: patience, building rapport, establishing trust, and putting the child first.
