About Hailey

Hi there! My name is Hailey, and I've worked with children of all ages for over six years in a variety of roles-camp counselor, nanny, substitute teacher, and associate teacher at the SDSU Children's Center. I have a degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University, and I'm currently looking for summer work while schools are out. My experience ranges from one-on-one childcare in homes to leading classroom activities, planning age-appropriate lessons, and supporting kids with their social-emotional growth. I'm patient, dependable, and I genuinely love building connections with children and families. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, homework help, or imaginative play, my goal is to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for every child in my care.
