About Hailey

Hello! I'm Hailey, a proud salon owner and mom with a deep love for working with children. While I thrive in my salon, I've always been drawn back to the joy of caring for kids. I believe my experience as a business owner and mother makes me a great fit for a part-time childcare role in your family. My son was born premature in November 2022, and since then, I've become especially passionate about supporting healthy development. My husband and I also took in a teenager, which has deepened my understanding of different developmental stages and the importance of flexibility, guidance, and resilience. I always encourage open communication, aiming to build trust and ensure a safe space for everyone to express themselves. I want children to feel supported, valued, and understood. I'd be happy to care for your child(ren) either in your home or mine-with the hope that my son can join me. I'm excited to become part of a welcoming family that's open to working with me!
