About Grayson

Hi! I'm a 19-year-old certified substitute teacher pursing a teaching degree in Elementary Education. I have a passion for ensuring kids get the best childhood possible through safety, learning, and fun! I started working with kids when I graduated from college. I did dual enrollment in high school, which means I graduated with both my Associate's degree and high school diploma in hand. Coming from a family of teachers, I knew I wanted to follow in their footsteps as soon as I could, and I began substituting with local public schools. I enjoy every day and every child! I've always had a natural connection with children, and being a caretaker allows me to turn that passion into something meaningful every day. I believe in fostering a joyful, safe, and supportive space where kids feel seen, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. Whether we're exploring through play, learning something new, or simply sharing laughs, I'm here to make each moment count.
