We hired Grace for M-F for 3 hours to watch 2kids. Over 5 weeks, she kept reducing her hours. Finally she said she needed to go to 3 days a week but would give us 2 weeks to find someone to replace her. The first week that, she called off 2 days last minute. Later that week she texted saying she was done for good and wouldn’t follow through on her two weeks notice. She is kind and caring and did her best to care for our kids but she was inconsistent and unreliable
