About Grace

Grace is earning her Master of Arts in Teaching Accessing the General and Adapted Curriculum with an additional certification in Autism Spectrum Studies. She enjoys using what she is studying in her education, childhood behavior and development classes to best understand the children she cares for and nurture their development. As a nanny Grace enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming, sports, riding bikes, and playing with chalk. She also enjoys a multitude of indoor activities such as coloring, puzzles, hide and seek, and playing imaginative games with children. Grace assists with household tasks such as laundry, clean up, food prep, dishes, sweeping, etc. She has worked professionally in homes with children ages one to 13 for three years and in school with teenagers with disabilities for four years. Grace's favorite thing about working with children is watching each child learn and grow in their own unique way.
