About Gillian

Hello! My name is Gillian and I have been babysitting/working with children for over 15 years. I have experience working with children of various ages and in many different settings! From teaching individual music lessons to running preschool classes, from teaching toddler/child art classes to individual babysitting, I feel confident that I am more than capable of caring for your child's safety and health in any situation. I encourage children to stray away from the hypnotic effects that television has by engaging them with real-world activities. I underwent extensive training at Child roots Daycare in Portland, OR that covered effective communication with toddlers and babies and how to engage children in constructive play. I have a nurturing, warm and flexible personality and am always punctual and professional. I look forward to meeting you and your child and answering any further questions that you may have!
