About Gaye

We've been incredibly fortunate to have Gaye as our nanny. She began with us when my daughter was 5 months, until she started daycare at 14 months. As an anxious first-time mom, I was nervous to have someone else care for my daughter; however, Gaye quickly put my worries at ease with her deep childcare expertise and genuine compassion for our child. She has been dependable and punctual from day one. Never showing up late or canceling unexpectedly. I could focus on work knowing my daughter was in capable hands. Gaye is so patient. She remains calm and composed amidst toddler chaos. Her patience extends to both my daughter and me, as she always took the time to listen to my concerns and offer valuable guidance without overstepping or judging. Gaye truly understands the needs of children, especially in the first year when they are developing so rapidly. Whenever my daughter struggled with milestones like walking or starting solids, Gaye would research the best strategies to support her growth and development. Gaye has always been respectful of our family's wishes. She took the time to understand our instructions and care-taking preferences, and consistently followed them without question. Gaye has been an absolute blessing to our family. She is wholly dedicated to my daughter's well-being, and genuinely loves her as if she were her own. My daughter absolutely adores her, her face lights up every time Gaye arrives. Anytime I would step out of my home office, I would hear my daughter and Gaye giggling, singing and playing. She has played a crucial role in our daughter's first year and has provided me with invaluable support and guidance as a new mom. It’s so bittersweet that my daughter is graduating to daycare, and we won't have Gaye in our home every day, but she will always be a part of our family and a dear friend to me. Any family would be so lucky to have Gaye care for their children.
