We hired Gabreilla for our then 5 month old. She worked for us for about 2 months. Her overall energy and manner was calm and polite. She kept our son safe, was timely and communicative. As he began to grow, his need for a more hands on approach was greater. We were looking forward to her growing with us on this. She did make some slight adjustments but overall we began to feel as though it wasn't her interest to do those things. Definitely a great hire for general babysitting services. You can see she does love children, however our goal is a more involved Nanny. Ultimately things didn't work out long term due to her school schedule.
