Francisca was the best possible choice for our two boys. She was caring, engaging, and trustworthy throughout her 9 years with us. She was excellent with our boys as they aged from birth through 9 years old and as their interests changed. She worked extensively with them on academics, kept them active outside, and always had a new adventure for them to share. She transported them safely to and from events, was flexible with her schedule when necessary, and communicated extensively about things that had happened throughout the day (sending us several pictures and videos per day). She also picked up around the house and expected our boys to do the same. She enforced our discipline with a caring demeanor, but taught our sons respect through both example and direction. Perhaps the best compliment I can give is that other families continuously asked about her availability based on their observations of her at the park and at school pick-ups and drop-offs. She became a trusted part of our family and made our lives much easier during her times with us. I enthusiastically recommend her.
