Francia is the best! She has worked for my family as a nanny for the last 2.5 years. She has taken care of my two daughters (now 5 and 3 years old) and is truly a wonderful caretaker and a special human being. She is incredibly responsible, fun, loving, reliable, kind and overall a wonderful nanny. We love her - our kids love her - and she has been a true asset to our family these past few years.
