It's important to me to treat children with all the respect due any person. I teach children what they should do instead of merely what not to do. Turning everyday experiences into educational opportunities is fun for me. I love Disney movies and will sing along to any of the music. We had Kaia over a few times over the span on a couple weeks. It was easy to see how much Kaia loves working with kids. She was very respectful of our care-giving style, and seemed to understand the difference developmental milestones our daughter was going through. We had a great time having Kaia over!
