Felecia met our special needs son and immediately knew what to do as soon as she sat down with him and got to know him. This may sound simple, but our son is nonverbal and uses an AAC device to communicate. So she knew how to communicate with him using his device. Felecia was extremely patient, understanding and most of all kind with our son. We plan to hire her again in the future, and would highly recommend her to any other special needs families who are looking for someone who "gets it" in so many ways. Her voice is so calming and soothing. I was put at instant ease in her presence and so was my son. Felecia is wonderful and I highly recommend her!! Side note to overwhelmed moms: Sometimes someone can come into your home that you feel is in complete and utter chaos and instantly make you feel calm and give the support you need. Felecia is that person!
