Hi! I'm Faustina, originally from Namibia. I came to the U. S. as an Au Pair and have specialized in caring for infants and toddlers up to age 3. I've worked with five families on long-term contracts and have experience with children from 6 months to 10 years old. I hold a bachelor's degree in English and Linguistics and currently doing my prerequisites to study sonography but I truly miss the playfulness and joy of spending time with kids. I'm looking for a part-time, temp, or as-needed babysitting position. I love outdoor play, crafts, cooking, and science projects. I have several references available and bring a wealth of experience to the table. I adapt easily to different family dynamics and understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your child with someone new. I'm happy to ease those worries with a warm introduction and regular updates during our time together. I'm most comfortable with a gentle parenting style and always strive to create a calm, nurturing environment.
