The best part about caring for seniors is getting to know them! In my time as a caregiver I have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people with incredible life stories. I'd love to hear your story too! I started caring for seniors when my father suffered from a Haemorrhagic stroke 2 years ago. I took care of him for 3 months while he recovered and through that experience I learned how rewarding caregiving is! After his recovery I decided to go into senior care full time and have been a care professional ever since! In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, camping, rock climbing, anything outdoors! I also enjoy activities like painting, reading, and puzzles! I have expert hands on experience working with clients on oxygen concentrators and oxygen tanks, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Diabetic clients using Blood Glucose Meters and lancing devices. Meal preparation, home cleaning, and assisting with personal care like bathing and grooming while maintaining dignity and respect.
