About Estephani

I'm a mother to a beautiful girl, she's the light of my life & i've always loved working with children. I have always loved to help others. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, shy, caring I like working with kids because i've always taken care of people since I was young & I've always had a heart for taking care of kids as well, it makes me happy knowing I can be a help for others. I started working with kids when I was 15, I was in a child development program and also I worked as an RBT, for kids who struggle with certain things or who have special needs, I was 18 when I became an RBT. One thing you should know about me is that I also have a daughter & I know how parenthood can be, it's always one step at a time & I just want the families to know that I'm a kindhearted person, that hasn't changed about me & it's just who I am. My skills include communicating with them Being patient and understanding them Teaching them life skills, at their own pace.
