Hello! Childcare is a passion of mine & a profession I've spent the last 5+ years loving. As a private Nanny I strive to create a fun & safe place for kids to be kids, give them a voice, and empower them to be influential and compassionate members of society. Aside from Nannying for the past 5+ years (ages ranging from NB-10) My professional experience with children includes employment at several after school programs including the YMCA & The Boys & Girls Club, as well as working with sick children, non-verbal children, & special needs children. As a helping hand I have regularly stepped up to ease the load of parents by providing safe transportation of children to & from extracurricular activities, & school pick up/drop offs, I've attended different therapies with the children I care for, as well as doctors appointments, hospital stays & vacations. To better serve families I work with I maintain certificates in CPR & First Aid, I also have familiarized myself with basic ASL.

Stella cared for our two boys- when she started our younger was an infant and our older was 2- for a year until our personal circumstances changes (involving our son being diagnosed with cancer). She was fantastic with both. Stella was kind and attentive to both our children; it will be clear to you that caring for children is not just a job for Stella, it is what she loves to do. She was creative with her days, doing crafts, games, etc. She will be patient when things inevitably get rough, as they do with all children. Stella is reliable and always on time. It was so nice to have a nanny who was both great at the job *and* so predictably on time. Attendance was never an issue. Stella was also honest and trustworthy. 100%. I don't know what says more than the fact that we left our children in her care. I'd say more but I'm at the character limit. Feel free to ask Stella for our contact for a reference. There's no better candidate out there.
