About Estefania

I have been babysitting for about five years now for many different families. Every experience has been very distinct yet enjoyable, from long periods, having a set routine and overnight I have done it all. Having so many younger cousin also has given me the ability to understand the way every child behaves, learns and responds differently. In college I have had the privilege to take early child development courses, aiming me to understand an individual child's behavior and how it may correlate with their culture and environment at home. I completely understand how difficult it is to leave your children in someone else's hand because now I have an influence on them. Knowing that I stand to be a role model for all children.
