I have experience working with and providing care for children and adults with a wide range of special needs. Specifically, I have worked as an overnight camp counselor for Children with Special Needs and as an ADHD STP (Summer Treatment Program) Counselor through the program. These jobs included tasks such as, assisting with needs (e. g, bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding), facilitating creative programs, and providing supervision. I also have experience in a clinical setting through participating in the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics practicum at Cincinnati Children's. This practicum primarily focused on gaining skills to work with those on the autism spectrum. I truly do enjoy engaging with these populations and would love the opportunity to continue this work!

My 4-year old daughter loved Erin! They had a lot of fun together, drawing and doing crafts - two of my daughter's favorite past-times. Erin was very punctual and responsible -- very easy to work with. We would definitely hire her again!
