About Erin

My experiences span across a wide range of diverse environments, cultures, responsibilities, and settings, allowing me to develop a well rounded and intersectional approach to my work. I am actively engaging and meet children at their comfort level to provide them with a positive, warm, and safe environment in which to thrive. I encourage creativity, agency, and independence, and I appreciate individuality. I am patient in interactions to form stable, supportive, and nurturing relationships that foster growth. I am flexible, mature, and adapt to new situations quickly. I have strong communication skills and aim to collaborate in effectively resolving conflicts as they arise. Fun Fact: When I was growing up we had a nanny who worked with our family for most of my childhood.
