Hello! I'm Erika I'm a positive individual, with strong work ethics. I'm an individual with strong core beliefs, and personal integrity, that has brought me full circle in life. The importance of how we treat ourselves, is expressed through the upkeep in our own home, and how we treat others. There needs to be dual balance, with much respect. I enjoy people, I do understand when I have a certain project to complete. It will be completed. Mutual understanding and respect between employee and employer is one of the most important attributes between each other.. I have worked in Housekeeping for over 10 years. I added in being an Household Assistant when specific work (that's asked of me, and it's not under my current duties). As a Nanny, families started asking for more, too. Avenues to discuss, if a need comes up. I'm easy to talk with, communication keeps a healthy relationship.
