About Erica

Hello I'm Erica! I am 28 years old and have been working in childcare for a decade! I'd describe my personality as nurturing and kind. I am bubbly and love to be silly. I follow a gentle parenting lifestyle while also valuing age appropriate boundaries/ behaviors to ensure a child's well-being. I started working with kids when I was 17 years old. I was a summer camp counselor for four summers working with kids on the Autism Spectrum. I continued to grow within the community of mom's until I became a full time nanny with both Doula and Newborn Care certifications. I believe babies and children are incredible. I have learned so much in working with babies in their first years of life. It is incredibly rewarding seeing a baby eat their first foods, take their first steps, and discover the magic of everyday life - like flowers and colors and sounds! I love being that safe and nurturing space for them! In the same breath, children have been some of the best teachers in my life.
