About Erandy

Hi! My name is Erandy and I currently work at the Boys & Girls Club, where I lead programs that help kids learn, grow, and have fun. I love creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to just be themselves. I have experience working with children of all ages and truly enjoy building positive, meaningful relationships with each child I meet. Whether it's helping with homework, playing outside, or organizing fun activities, I'm all about making sure kids have the experiences and opportunities they deserve. I'm dependable, energetic, and patient, and I understand how important it is for families to feel confident in their caregiver. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, or pet care-I have a sweet puppy named Sunny, so I know how important pets are too!
