About Emly

Hi! My name is Emily. I'm stay at home Mom to my 2-year-old son and I'm looking to fill some of his time with other kids in addition to making some additional income. I'm looking for a part time reoccurring opportunity or on an as needed basis. Depending on what time of day I'm needed, I will be bringing my 2-year-old son with me (this is an absolute for any care during the week before 5pm). I started in childcare when I was 10 years old; I was a mother's helper for my neighbors who had a 4-year-old little girl. I babysat almost every weekend through high school and continued to babysit through college. After college, I was a nanny for a family who has three kids (at the time, they were 10, 12 and 14 years old). I was a lifeguard for 5 years at a swim club and completed the lifeguard training program (included CPR). I also have experience as a daycare assistant teacher in New York and have all of my state clearances.
