About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I have 6 years of experience working with and teaching children. I have also graduated college with an English degree and I recently became CPR certified. The first three years were at an early education center where I taught infants and toddlers. I then moved to a special education preschool for two years where I worked as a paraprofessional and then to lead classroom teacher. Since becoming a teacher, I've learned that a safe/solid structure is the best way for children to learn. I love doing arts and crafts, reading stories, and playing with toys/games, so those will be daily activities I do with the kids! I have my own car and I'd love to take the baby on a nice walk or the older kids to the beach or park for some ice cream!
