About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily, and I'm a 20-year-old college student here at OSU, majoring in Environmental Science! I'm currently working for OSU's Kid Spirit as a Camp Counselor until the end of summer, as I love to teach and lead kids through different activities, games, and learning experiences. Hope to meet you and your family soon! :) I'm looking for a work environment where I can bring joy, laughter, and helpfulness into families' lives! I started working with kids when I began volunteering in my church's nursery 6 years ago. Near that same time, I became a "Mommy's Helper", helping her clean around the house and entertain her kids. I then moved onto solo babysitting, and camp counseling! In my spare time, I like to hike, fish, travel, paint/sketch, listen to music, read, as well as play with my pet Guinea pigs and care for my beta fish. My skills include licensed CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, cooking and cleaning during child care, and child engagement
