About Emily

Hi! I am an outgoing and creative nanny who has lots of experience caring for little ones of all ages. Most recently, I was a preschool teacher! I worked with infants at a nature based preschool as well as toddlers in a Montessori based school! I was able to gain much experience in adapting to the needs and uniqueness of each individual child. I have taught in schools that practice Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio teaching styles. Prior to that I had the opportunity of being a nanny for an amazing family! It was such a joy to be there through so many important milestones for the baby, especially in that essential first year. I completed an internship program at an Early Childhood Development Center and I'm currently in college pursuing a major in education. I am passionate about children being in a warm, engaging and happy environment. The well-being of your little ones is always my priority and I hope to bring stability and structure in a nurturing atmosphere.
