About Emily

As the oldest of my family of 7 cousins, I have babysat and nannied for kids my whole life. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May of 2020 and majoring in K-12 Special Education. I was a teacher for 2 years back in Cleveland in an Emotional Disturbance unit for individuals with social-emotional and behavioral needs. I relocated to Indianapolis in 2022 for my fiancés job and fell in love with nannying! For the past 3 years, I have worked with a lovely family of three girls aged 8, 6, and a 3-year-old with down syndrome. Working with this family helped me discover my passion for child development and I am currently training to be a developmental therapist on top of nannying! Sadly, they no longer need a nanny in their home so I am back on the hunt for a full or part time position starting in July or August. I have my own reliable vehicle and am a nonsmoker. I am trained in first aid, trauma care, & CPR. Please reach out if you think we are a good fit!
