About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily and I am currently going back to graduate school for Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2022. . I am looking for work that will be flexible with my graduate school program, classes will be Tuesday's & Thursday's from 5pm-10pm, and allow me to connect authentically with those who need it. For the past five years, I have been employed as a Lead Case Manager supporting & empowering individuals with disabilities and the elderly to self direct their own personal care. I have a B. A. Psychology and a B. A. in Law/Justice Studies that I obtained simultaneously in 3 years while working nearly full time. I am a hardworking, dedicated and passionate person but the best thing about me is my caring heart. I love connecting with people (especially senior citizens and kids!) and helping people feel seen, heard + valued. I also love to laugh, be outside and enjoy life. I can assist with really any task but would prefer not to provide personal care.
