Starting in high school, I have provided high-quality child care. I worked for 3 families providing after school and summer care for children ages 2-10 yrs. I provided stimulating activities (arts and crafts, outside play, board games), and provided meals and rides to camps and activities outside o the home. In college, I had three nannying positions, as well as I worked for a nanny service. I cared for children ages 0-15yrs. I worked in group care settings, as well as one-on-one care. Emily is fantastic! She cared for our toddler and infant son and did such a great job we had her come back the following day. She has a natural way with kids that made them both comfortable with her immediately. And she had no problem caring for both kids at once. She was punctual, communicative, engaging...and she helped tidy up at the end of the day. Her experience as a speech therapist also helped enormously since our toddler can be tricky to understand.
