I began working with children when I was 14. I babysat for all of my high school career, and the summer after I graduated I began to full time nanny a child who is non verbal and autistic. I now work in a school district as a teacher assistant. I work with children with an array of disabilities, from physical to behavioral. I absolutely adore my job, but unfortunately it does not continue into the summer. I would like to continue child care and making a difference in kids lives, even if it's just a fun night with a babysitter! Safety and smiles are my top priorities (:
