We hired Emily during the summer for a night job. Let me tell you, she is AMAZING. She came a little early and played with our girls before they went to bed so she wasn't a stranger. She taught my oldest about tucking her in as a mermaid and she has requested it often since. She has a great attitude and will hire her again, if she has the time (she is a college student). She is a backup babysitter until she gets done with school. Definitely recommend.
