We interviewed with Ellie and she is a lovely person! We set up a time for her to start on Tuesday. I called and messaged her to confirm at 5 p.m. Monday and never heard back until 10:30 p.m. when she messaged and she said she won't be able to make it in the morning. It's really hard to find daycare at 10:30 at night and before 9 a.m., when I had to be at work. Never heard back from her since. I am hoping she just had an emergency come up unexpectedly because I am usually a really good judge of character and she doesn't seem like the kind of person that would just blow you off.
