We interviewed Ellie and really wanted to move forward with hiring her. We ended up having a change of plans and could not do so, but definitely our experience of her was worth telling other families about in case you want to consider her. She is a very genuine person and given her work and personal history it is clear she is very dedicated and professional. Personally she is very warm and you can tell she loves children.
