About Ellie
I am a college graduate with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and an Ohio teaching license in grades Pre-K through 4. I am well-acquainted with the common core standards, and have worked with standardized tests. I have private tutoring experience with students from Kindergarten to 6th grade. I enjoy making learning a fun experience for children, and do my best to work with their strengths to help them reach their academic potential! I live in Hinsdale and have flexible scheduling and transportation means.

Ellie was my go-to evening babysitter from 2004-2010 when she was in middle school and high school. Ellie managed all three of my children with grace, and was as comfortable with my newborn as my late elementary age boys. Ellie was always on time, engaged the kids in activities, and genuinely seemed to enjoy caring for them. Ellie moved away to college, but we still see her regularly when she is home. My now 10-year-old daughter still wants her to babysit whenever she is in town. I highly recommend Ellie.
