Ellie has been an absolute lifesaver. My 5 year old daughter isn't the easiest to handle: she's on the spectrum, and has trouble communicating her needs. Ellie is patient, and always appropriate with my daughter. Ellie never gets frustrated or upset; she handles my daughter's meltdowns in a very healthy way. The trust that she has earned with our family is well deserved. On top of being the best babysitter we've ever had, Ellie picks up around the house without even needing to be asked! I have no idea how she manages to get so much done in the few hours we have her over every day. Our house is now always organized and clean, our cat's litter box is always clean...our lives really have just vastly improved since hiring Ellie. Our family has become completely reliant on her, and I can't envision ever finding someone who could fill her shoes. Always dependable, always on time, and always goes above and beyond what anyone could ever ask of a nanny.
