Avail. Tues/Wed I am a highly talented CHHA with experience in caring for our elderly, convalescent, memory care, hospice and handicapped persons in their home. I have many years of facility and private in home senior care, and go above and beyond to make sure you or your loved one are taken care of and living as independent as possible. I perform duties such as personal care, mental stimulation, meal preparation, changing bed linen, assisting in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, physical therapist prescribed exercise; as well as medication reminders under doctors' orders or direction of nurse. I've been with many clients until they have passed over. I have also worked under many doctors, nurses, and PT/OT so we can have the best care plan. Daytime hours only! minimum of 3 hours/day.
