About Ellen

I'd describe my personality as energetic, empathetic, and caring. I like working with kids because I feel that we can learn as much from them as they can learn from us :) I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's in School Counseling at Boston University and live in Southie! Right now, I'm interning as a school counselor at a Brookline school, counseling children in kindergarten through second grade. I also have all of my clearances to work with children! I have lots of experience working with children of all ages, but most recently, I've been nannying children between 10 months and 2 years old. I'm passionate about creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for kids. Happy to provide references! In my spare time, I like to be active! My skills include having a background in developmental psychology, being a friend to children while also a mentor, and having patience!!
