Hi I'm Ella!! I am currently home from college for the summer! I am currently majoring in Elementary Education. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, and I love playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games that promote learning.
