Ella is very responsible and attentive to her job duties. She has a soft spot for kids, you can see it in the way she interacts with them. Always willing to help, yet letting them learn new things on their own. Making sure that they are well fed and get the proper amount sleep, as well as activity time. She is a joy to have in our home, and we wholeheartedly recommend her for future opportunities. She was referred to us by a mutual friend, and that is how we met her.
