Having a younger sibling meant that I took care of him constantly and to this day I still do. From when he was 8 and I would help him bake and do crafts, to 16 and I help him with everyday needs like skincare and his outfit. We hired Ella to babysit our son (12) and his cousin (7 and has food allergies) while we went on a day trip. She did a great job keeping them busy and safe. I love the fact that she took the initiative to send updates throughout the day.
