About Ella

Hello, my name is Ella and I am a current student at Grand Valley State University. I plan on majoring in Psychology on the route for childhood counseling. I love working with children and creating an environment for creativity and kindness. I worked as a virtual tutor for a company through my university called K-12 Connect. This program allows college students to meet with primarily elementary students twice weekly for an hour to focus on different objectives. My focus with students was mainly targeted literacy work as that is my personal strong suit. I would be able to also help children with math but I am much more confident in my skills with English and literacy. I love reading and learning new things through education and I would love to share that with your children, whether that is going to the community library or just reading books outside in the sun. I would love to make learning a positive experience for your child/children throughout even the summer months.
