Hi, my name is Ella.., and I am 18 years old! My #1 passion has been working with kids since the moment I outgrew the title myself. I started babysitting at 13, and fell in love with the connections I was able to form with the kids I watched. At age 16, I lived in Ecuador for 2 months running a summer camp for kids living in the small community in the Andes Mountains. And just this past year, I was able to start my own childcare program for kids in my neighborhood during COVID-19. Having many learning disabilities myself, connecting with special needs children has always been a skill of mine. As far as experience, I have worked with many children on the spectrum through a school program, and have worked full time taking care of children with various learning disabilities. In the future, I am hoping to study Special Education and Child Development. I look forward to hearing from you!
