About Elissa

I like working with kids because I love the wonder and whimsy that comes with being a child. There's something very unique about the way children see the world. I started working with kids when I started baby sitting in high school. After that I started teaching swim lessons and life guarding at the local YMCA. Since leaving the YMCA I have been taking care of my grandmas. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my grandma and her sister and take care of my pets. I have three cats two fish and two snails One thing you should know about me is I am very family oriented and empathetic towards animals. I want to organize an animal rescue/ sanctuary in the future. My skills include CPR certification, experience with special needs, experience being responsible for children in high stress areas such as in a body of water.
